Under the great North star
Trying to work out where you are
In the silence of the sea
I don't know where I'll be
In the future, in the past
Going nowhere, much too fast
When I go there, go with me
When I go there, go with me

Frequently Asked Questions

Art Related

Q: How did you learn to draw?
I've been practising ever since I could hold a pencil in my hand. If you ask any other artist anywhere, they will tell you that practise is the keyword.

Q: Prefer a specific style?
I don't really have an 'own' style, and I don't have a preferrance towards any particular 'style'. I frequently tweek my drawing style, adapting and scratching things along the way.

Q: What do you use to make your pictures?
Pen, paper, pencil, brush and paints. You name it, I prefer east indian inks as my favorite tool. I also make a lot of art with my WACOM tablet and programs such as Opencanvas and Photoshop. It all depends on my mood usually.

Q: Teach me please?
I teach only to those who need help with their models (be it Games Workshop or REAPER), I do not give drawing lessons simply because I do not have the time to do them.

Q: I don't see a whole lot of pictures though...
I have more pictures offline and in folders than the ones I post onsite and at several other places. I prefer to have private pictures where they are, in my private environment. Gift-art from people are stored in a private gallery section. I like to keep things neat and tidy at all times.

Q: Can I use your pictures on my website?
No. Not without explicit written permission. My pictures are personal works and are not ment to use for iconage, layout usage and other things. Always ask permission from any artist before using their works.

Q: Can I save your pictures on my local HD?
As long as you wont redistribute them I wont mind.

Q: Can I use your characters for Role-Play?
NO. Big time NO. These characters are created solely for and by myself, and I will not tolerate people using my names/characters for their own ventures. It's not that hard to create your own characters.

Q: Can you draw my characters?
Get to know me first, I only do commissions for established contacts. I choose to do this because my time is limited and I have many projects I would like to keep on a good roll at the moment. But again I warn you, my time is limited. I have no set rates, it's all negociable :)

Site Related

Q: Some parts of the site are broken!
This can happen because I often only check the site in Mozilla over Internet Explorer. If those things happen, you'll just have to bear with a slightly flakey design. sorry-dorry.

Q: I can't read your website, it's really bright...
Try to darken your screen a bit. If that does not help, then leave it be and go for the select all method to read things through.

Q: Can I get my site link-exhanged?
No, I don't do link-exchanges. I often neglect to check up on mails and requests when my inbox is growing shut with them. If I know you well enough, I will add your site under my friends list.

Q: Can I link your site on mine?
Feel free to do so. The site is link-free, you don't need to ask permission. Be sure to link it to the frontpage of the website.

Personal Questions

Q: Will you marry me? :D
No sorry, I am already taken and happily married. He wouldn't like to hear this question asked towards me, you're better off staying quiet about this.

Q: Can I have your babies instead?
...? Excuse me?

Q: Just joking. On a more serious note, can I have your home adress?
Again, if I don't know you, I won't give it to you. Only good friends get to have my phone numbers and Commissioners get to know my house adress for obvious reasons.

Q: Can I have your AIM/ICQ/MSN/YAHOO chatname so I can bother you?
Sorry, that information stays private too. I don't take commissions anymore, unless you are a good close friend ofcourse, you guys know how to find me anyway :P

Q: Can you tell more about yourself?
Uhm... I got nothing more to say other than just go to my LiveJournal and check my daily doings and rants out there ;)
